Complete Your Onboarded Registration

You must complete your Onboarded registration before you can start work with Labour Connect.

What is Onboarded?

Onboarded is the online form where you give Labour Connect your details and documents. You must finish it before you can start work.

You start it by chatting with Laura, the chat assistant on our website.

Read all the steps below first. The button to start is at the bottom of this page.

Step 1

Find Laura on our website

Laura is the round white button in the bottom-right corner.

Open our website labourconnect.com.au on your phone or computer.

Look at the bottom-right corner of the screen.

Tap the round white button with the LC logo. The chat with Laura opens.

Do not tap the phone or WhatsApp buttons on the left.

Step 2

Chat with Laura

Tap the buttons and type your answers, in this order.

Laura chat: tap Start my Onboarded registration — 1Tap **Start my Onboarded registration**

Laura asks for your first name — 2Type your **first name**

Laura asks for your last name — 3Type your **last name**

Laura asks for your email address — 4Type your **email address**

Laura asks for the verification code she emailed you — 5Check your emails. Type the **verification code** Laura sent you

Laura asks if you live in Australia — 6Do you live in Australia? Tap **Yes, I do** or **No, I don’t**

Laura asks if you are an Australian resident or citizen — 7Are you an Australian resident or citizen? Tap **Yes** or No

Laura asks for your mobile number — 8Type your **mobile number**

Laura asks: ABN or PAYG — 9No ABN? Tap **PAYG**. Only tap **ABN** if you have your own company

Laura says she will email you the onboarding invite — 10Done. Laura will email you the onboarding invite

Important: Laura does not confirm your registration

The chat box does not tell you that your registration is complete. Only Labour Connect can confirm this after we review it. If you are not sure, contact your consultant.

Step 3

Check your email and complete the form

Laura will email you an onboarding invite.

Open the email from Labour Connect. If you cannot find it, check your junk or spam folder.

Open the invite and complete the Onboarded form. Remember:

Complete every section
Upload your documents
Review your information
Submit your registration

You cannot start work until this is finished

Labour Connect cannot put you on a job, and cannot pay you, until your Onboarded registration is complete. Many workers start it and stop half way — please finish every section.

Ready to start?

Press the button. Our website opens. Tap the Laura button in the bottom-right corner.
